Grab both files and place them in root of USB drive.
Download PS3HEN.BIN
Download HEN_UPD.pkg
Plug the USB drive in the slot closest to disc drive on your PS3.
Click on *HEN Enabler*
HEN should enable and install.
REMOVE THE USB DRIVE and reboot when done!
** Do not leave pkg file on USB with it plugged into PS3 after installation! ** It will be found by HEN and reinstalled everytime you enable HEN!
