How to?
1) Go to settings
2) Go to "About device"
3) Click 5-6 times fastly to "Build number" and it will say "You are a developer"
4) Find "Developer Settings" in settings and click on it
5) Find "Background process limit" and set it to "3"
6) Find the animations, there will be 3 of them that ends with "animation scale". Switch all of them to "Animation Off"
